VICTORY IN VENEZUELA!
PRAISE GOD!
We just returned from Venezuela where we ministered to approximately 50,000 people (click here for statistics) over a period of two weeks in four crusades! The final meeting alone had 7,000 in attendance. Many miracles took place. The blind received their sight right on the platform. The deaf could hear. The mute could speak and at least two people were raised from their wheel chairs.

VICTORY IN VENEZUELA

I am writing from 35,000 feet in the air--with Venezuela behind me and Baltimore ahead of me. We were a team of eight Americans who shared the love of Jesus with the Venezuelan people. Four crusades were held on this one trip, which brings the total to five crusades this year including India.
FIRST CITY WIDE CRUSADE IN HISTORY OF CITY!
The meetings in Maracay, Cabimas and Acarigua were awesome, but the one in San Felipe really was significant. It is the capital of the occult in Venezuela, with Sortie Mountain close by. Thousands of lost people visit the site to receive a "blessing" from the marijuana smoking shamams who claim to be possessed with the spirit of Maria Lionza. (Please ask for my free video or DVD with rare footage on this and how Jesus was victorious there) As I filmed them, I again realized how mankind would try ANYTHING to try to fill that empty spot inside that only Jesus can fill. We continued the crusade that night.
AN INCREASE IN THE MIRACLE ANOINTING
A wonderful spirit of faith seemed to permeate the atmosphere as I invited the lame, mute, deaf and blind onto the platform. By faith I pulled a few folks from their wheel chairs and some walked in the sight of multitudes of onlookers. Another man had been totally blind since birth. I laid my hands on his eyes, and he began to see! Only God can do these miracles. Unto Him only belongs the glory. At first he could see a blur or fogginess, and his eyes became stronger as he kept on looking. A lady was totally deaf and mute since birth. She could hear a whisper, and her smiles were so cute while she responded to the encouraging applauses of the crowd cheering as she tried to talk after me.
DEMONS CAST OUT
Unusually more people than normal were bound by spirits and set free. As soon as I would stretch my hand out to them the spirits would manifest and people would vomit up a spit-like white substance, as they were set free.
OCCULTIC PRIESTESS DELIVERED While I was praying for the power of God to come on the people, a woman started manifesting very violently. Six pastors had to hold her down because of her strenght. She had the most evil eyes one of my team members had ever seen. She shouted the most vile obscenities in vulgar language they had ever heard. The demon in her screamed, "I will come out only by blood!," meaning it demanded a blood sacrifice. One pastor told the demon, "The only blood you get today is the Blood of Jesus!" The thing screamed for fear of the Blood of Jesus and as I and the pastors ministered to the lady, the demon was cast out and she received salvation and peace. Only later did we hear that she was a priestess from the demon mountain.
BAPTIZED WITH THE HOLY GHOST
Multitudes received a mighty baptism in the Holy Spirit. An atmosphere of praise enveloped the field. People danced for joy, spoke in tongues, and received the joy. One giggling young man had tears in his eyes. He told me he had been laughing for two hours.
A HEARTFELT GOODBYE
I was so touched by their love and gratitude. They wept freely as they embraced us. Thank you for your support.
Our ministry has a few needs:
1. Financial funds to be ready for our next crusade. (Crusades being worked on right now are in Malawi, Nigeria, Kenya, Colombia, etc. I cannot commit to anything before I have some more sufficient funds. One crusade costs approximately $25,000.00.)
2. A raise in salary. A respected pastor suggested that Heidi and my income be raised to at least the median income in our area. We really need to do that. It's just right. Our ministry would need more finances if this simple blessing were to become a reality.
3. A building. Currently our house is our office. Perhaps you could give financially towards the purchase of a nice ministry center, or even donate a building or a lot--no matter where it is. We could sell it and buy property that is closer to Georgetown DE.
4. Some help. Heidi and I are too busy making tapes, videos, TV programs, stuffing newsletters, etc than we should. Perhaps a few people could donate their time or talent.
5. Desktop replacement. During our revivals in the USA I have actually taken our big bulky office computer on the road along with our suitcases. A desktop replacement is a computer that is the size of and resembles a laptop computer, but it is as powerful as a desktop computer (a regular bulky computer). It actually has 80 gb of hard drive space! This will really help me to maintain and even increase excellence in ministry even while we are on the road. It costs $2,500.00.
6. Video projector. Our other video projector that we purchased in 1996 did it's job to the full in the dusty crusades of Africa. This outdated projector's lamp is broken and just the lamp cost $500. Then there is still more repair to be done. We might as well get an updated one for $5,000.00 for our crusades in the USA.
