1. FINANCIAL SHORTFALL

Having held several crusades so far this year (2008) in Cameroon, South Africa and Uganda, and having still had a financial shortfall in December 2007, we are in dire need to pay off some financial obligations. 2. MINISTRY VEHICLE

To pay off ministry vehicle: $9,440.00

3. HEALTH INSURANCE & EXPENSES

Our health insurance is $545.00 per month, and we have $4,039.00 in medical bills

4. HITCHCOCK SALARY

Joel and Heidi receive a salary from the ministry, which is determined by the ministry's board of directors, and also a housing allowance

5. MINISTRY BUS

$21,000 for the shell and $30,000 for the conversion into a motorhome. This will save the ministry thousands of dollars in hotel costs over the years, and help the Hitchcock family to continue traveling together. Perhaps a donor can even donate the bus itself.

6. MONTHLY OPERATION EXPENSES

In addition to the above needs, the ministry needs another $3,000.00 in regular operating expenses (printing, gas, materials, DVD/CD production etc.) each month

Thousands of CDs & DVDs have been distributed, radio and television programs conducted, and we are progressively working towards a major television program. Costs will be revealed when we have more exact numbers...

We use QuickBooks software to keep clean, detailed books for financial accounting. After QuickBooks is updated, it is sent to a acounting office in the Empire State building in New York, where returns are prepared for submission to the IRS.

1. MORTGAGE

We owe $184,000.00 on our house. This is not ministry, this is our personally owned house.

2. PERSONAL VEHICLE

We owe $1,450.00 on our used vehicle

3. SALARY INCREASE

A salary increase can only happen if there is sufficient funds in the ministry and it is approved by the board of directors of JHM Inc. The board is in favor, but more funds are needed in the ministry. Joel & Heidi pay their personal expenses from the salary, such as mortgage and personal vehicle.
