You ministered to my heart he 1st thing and asked God to heal my heart prolase vlave, then you slapped themuscle in my back on my left side and asked God to mend my torn muscle. (This was to be a 2 year healing by natural means.) When you placed your hand on my back and prayed, I felt a sorta shock from it and ever since my back has not been bothering me so much...I wanted to let you know you really have the power from God thru your hands..." 1995 -- from John Locklear in Wilmington DE: n 1995 you were preaching a revival at the Wilmington Church of God in Delaware. You asked people to come forward for prayer. My mother, Gladys Locklear, weeks prior had been diagnosed with a failing valve in her heart. At the time of your revival she was in the process of scheduling her surgery and deciding between a natural valve or artificial valve as her replacement. So, it was not if but when she was getting the surgery done because the diagnosis was complete. My mother came forward for prayer and I stood behind her and prayed with her in agreement for her healing. I knew full well what she was praying for, but during this time there was no prior conversation between you and her. You came over to my mother and started praying for her. After a few seconds of praying for her you stopped praying and spoke to her… you said that you see something taking place in her upper chest area and that God told you that she was healed. You then asked her “does this mean anything to you” and yes it sure did!!! My mother proceed to follow up with her doctors and during her follow up visits the doctors were amazed to find that something changed. To the doctor’s amazement the valve in her heart was now working fine! My mother was never shy about the moving of God and his healing power, so needless to say she testified of Gods healing grace to her doctors. Mother went to be with the Lord in 2005. It was well noted during her final year of life that one thing my mom had in her favor was a strong heart!
